Stéphane Desselas, a French lawyer, founded Athenora Consulting and serves as its managing director. Based in Brussels, with representatives in Paris, London, and Barcelona, Athenora is a full service public affairs company capable of handling any European matter or European Union (EU) issue. Desselas, with more than a dozen years of experience as an EU lobbyist, has put together an impressive team of policy experts.  Some are former MEPs and EU officials who have mastered the ins and outs of a very complicated government process. Desselas maintains a close working relationship with European media and has located his headquarters within walking distance of EU offices.
